  • Superb Moisturizer, Great Chemical Exfoliant
Size: 14 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This is not something you will want to smear on your face after a long, hot shower with some rich, deep exfoliation. If you have fresh or open skin, give it a little time to close back up, first. This product contains 12% lactic acid - an acid found in dairy products. Lactic acid is commonly used to treat try and sensitive skin because it is pretty gentle as far as the AHA/BHA acids go. It is not an oil-soluble acid (like salicylic acid), and so it does need to be applied to clean (though not necessarily exfoliated) skin so that it can really soak into the skin and make a difference. I would suggest washing your body part, allowing it to air-dry for ten or fifteen minutes (so that the skin is actually really dry - not just dry to the touch), and then putting this on so that it is soaked up nice and deep. This product is great for itchy skin, dry skin, and is proven to be clinically effective in improving hyper-keratinic skin conditions such as keratosis pilaris. All in all, it is an excellent moisturizer and a great source of a gentle daily (or every-other-day) chemical exfoliation. As with any exfoliation routine, I would encourage you to start out slow... maybe use this on day 1 and 4 of each week for two or three weeks, then days 1, 3, and 5, and then just gradually increase the frequency. Be sure, too, to not use this with any other harsh cleansing products (a salicylic face wash, glycolic or trichloracetic peels) unless your skin is accustomed to being treated aggressively - otherwise, your pores will revolt by turning bright red and burning with the fury of a hundred thousand suns. ... show more

I have bed. Using this product for several months and the results are excellent. Removed facial old skin. Acts like a light peeling. I wear this at night going to bed and next day I out sun protector. My face looks younger and bright. .

  • Skin Creme
Size: 14 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I highly recommend this product. It solved my dry skin issue without looking or feeling greasy. It is unscented but it does the job. I used it on my legs and thighs at least once daily.

  • Life saver/ Game changer/ My favorite product in the whole wide world
Size: 14 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Not one for long reviews but this product is a literal life saver! Disclaimer* this might not work for YOUR face, but for me, this is a GAME CHANGER. (Product description / online advice advises not to use on face without consulting a doctor***) I do suffer from occasional breakouts, but they don't bother me as much as the bumps all over my face. To paint a picture - I am in my late 20s, and have combination skin. I have these tiny flesh colored bumps all over my face - not blackheads, not whiteheads. Even without makeup, my skin never looked nice because of these bumps... I was honestly hopeless, have tried almost everything to even out my skin and NOTHING worked well enough to stick with it. Saw a thread on Instagram from a person who used Dr Bronners Tea Tree soap + this and decided it was worth a shot since both items were like $12 each. I have no words. Used the Dr Bronners with CVS Facial Cleansing Power Brush (same thing as the clarasonic, for $20, and has lasted me 8 months). I dry my face. Put a dollop of this Ammonium Lactate Lotion on a cotton pad, and wipe my face with it. It does tingle/ burn, and turn my face reddish for about 5- 10 mins. Once I feel it's settled in, I add a drop of my moisturizer (neutrogena sensitive skin moisturizer - without sunscreen). I also wipe off any excess lotion that may have went onto my lips, as it will usually cause my lips to chap or swell a bit, and then layer on some good chapstick. Within TWO days I noticed an extreme difference in my face. I don't wear makeup to work (ever - before this, or now) and the second day after using, two people asked me if I had gotten a facial or peel. My skin is baby soft and 10x more even. The bumps are not completely gone - but closest I have ever gotten to it in over 14 years. I literally cannot rave about this product enough if you have troublesome skin (probably won't be great on your face if you have good or very sensitive skin to begin with). Funny thing, one of the women who asked if I had a facial, when I told her the product I had tried, she said she has been using it for YEARS and this woman no joke has the skin of a 25 year old and is in her late 40s. Obviously, lotion can only do so much, but really this has helped me in ways diet or expensive products never ever could. This is NOT paid review & sorry for rambling but I wish I knew about this sooner. Soooooooooo worth the $. ... show more

  • Not a miracle in a bottle
Size: 14 Ounce (Pack of 1)
First, I love the way it feels. I find no odor. If you rub it in well, there's very little stickiness. I have skin breakouts and itching rash on my chest, shoulders, and left elbow. I have clawed myself bloody and used everything OTC that says anti itch. My shoulders are clearing up after 3 days of use. Not as itchy. My elbow looks better, but still itches some. My chest seems to be worse with the rash spreading, so it might be something else. I had my annual visit with my surgeon who recommended this product. Overall I'm pleased and have high hopes that it will clear up my problem. I haven't gotten an actual diagnosis of my rash breakouts, but this product is working better than the standard cortisone, benedryl, and whatever other OTC creams. There's a lot of lotions out there that make big claims, but they disappear after a few minutes on the skin. This stays put unless you rub it off, like on the arm of a chair. I put a pillow case on the chair to prevent that. I'm on aspirin therapy and bleed quickly. This has been a big help to heal the sore spots. UPDATE ONE WEEK OF USE. My skin on my chest and shoulders has developed a new problem. Like a million little bumps that feel leathery. I still wake up clawing my elbow. I'm going to stop using it until I see my doctor next week. Whatever is wrong is not responding to this. I still think it's a good product and maybe if I'd had it before the rash was so out of control, it could have helped. Per WebMD: Tell your doctor right away if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: darkening/lightening of the skin, small red dots on the skin. This happened to me. ... show more
