I've already started wearing them and my surgery is a few days away. They are comfortable and true to size, but I do wish the leg portions stretched just a little more. I really love these PJ pants I own multiple pair. 1 in Black, 1 heather with peach flowers and now 1 in light gray. I generally always buy medium because the fit is so nice. Stays on my hips without falling off regardless of the tie waste. However, the most recent pair I bought ( light gray) are snug for whatever reason, even though it's the same size as the others. For reference I have a 34 in waist and 39 inch hips and medium NORMALLY fits perfect. However, if you buy the light gray pants you might want to go up a size if you're anything close to my shape. ... show more

These are thin, so you can see through them. Wouldn't recommend for just wearing, but they're comfortable pajama pants. Love lounging around the house in them. There is a seam where the stars part of the pants meet the stripes which is a little uncomfortable but not unbearable.
