The item color was spot on and the luggage area was very nice but the telescoping handle became very loose after one day of wheeling between two flights. I did not lift with the handle,only wheeled it through the airport and by the time I reached my rental it was wobbly in my hand. Very unfortunate.

I only have a suitcase for five days and the side handle broke off. In order to get it repaired, I have to travel 200 miles to Illinois or pay for the shipping costs. In my opinion, American Tourister needs to replace the suitcase since it’s brand new, or take care of the cost of shipping it to the store for repair. ... show more

The wheels roll very smoothly, which is a huge plus when you're walking on uneven pavement. It holds a lot- 9 days worth of clothes and toiletries on one side, all of the souvenirs on the other. So glad I got this!
