I bought the American Tourister 4 Kix 2.0 for my son for a recent trip and was disappointed to discover that one of the outside zipper pulls was missing — either it was missing right out of the box or I just didn’t notice until we got home. Regardless, I realized I hadn’t even taken the paper liner out of that compartment! After reading a few other reviews, it seems this is a somewhat common issue. I requested a replacement for the suitcase itself, and thankfully Amazon exchanges are hassle-free, so the process was smooth and quick. We already own another three-piece American Tourister set that’s been through rough handling by airport staff on several trips and has held up really well. I love how lightweight this piece is and how smoothly the wheels roll, making it easy for my son to maneuver. Fingers crossed we don’t lose another zipper, but so far I’m happy with the overall quality and design.

I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my dad for a long train trip. The bags are nice, and they hold a lot of stuff! Don't over-pack them, though. I am not sure how strong the zippers would be under a lot of pressure.

So far this is great! I have a little dog sitting business that keeps me busy and this so far is holding up to the cement in NYC. Its been sturdy, nicely weighted so it doesn't tend to fall forward. Of course that depends a lot on how you pack it too. I've dragged it around the city several times now and the wheels seem to be holding up well. The cement does a number on my sneakers, tends to wear them down within about 3 months and if a suitcase doesn't have decent wheels they won't last long on these sidewalks. So far so good. This has been a good purchase for me. Thanks!

The size was exactly what I needed. Was a little disappointed that the handle doesn't extend a little further but it works. Very light weight and feels somewhat flimsy, so we'll see how it holds up. Love the double wheels and they too feel sturdy. Can't complain since I got another $30 off.
