Love how easy it is to put a lock on it, making it secure enough to leave with other checked luggage & when left in a hotel room or for a short while. The wheels roll very smoothly & are durable. I bought the American Tourister 4 Kix 2.0 for my son for a recent trip and was disappointed to discover that one of the outside zipper pulls was missing — either it was missing right out of the box or I just didn’t notice until we got home. Regardless, I realized I hadn’t even taken the paper liner out of that compartment! After reading a few other reviews, it seems this is a somewhat common issue. I requested a replacement for the suitcase itself, and thankfully Amazon exchanges are hassle-free, so the process was smooth and quick. We already own another three-piece American Tourister set that’s been through rough handling by airport staff on several trips and has held up really well. I love how lightweight this piece is and how smoothly the wheels roll, making it easy for my son to maneuver. Fingers crossed we don’t lose another zipper, but so far I’m happy with the overall quality and design.

I bought this to replace the same spinner from 25 years ago. That thing traveled on over 50 trips during that time and is just now showing a little wear and tear. I love the new one and the pretty blue color will be easier to spot than the old black one. I am also surprised at how light the new one is. It's sturdy and I'm sure it will last a long time too.
