  • best budget wallet.
Color: Carbon
was worried I wouldn't like this wallet. I was very wrong. stiff, durable, and slim. Best cheap wallet you can buy. I've had it now for 3 months and still love it.

  • Surprisingly good
Color: Carbon Black and Orange
I'd been using one of those new super-small card wallets for a couple years, since I didn't need to carry any cash around. I've recently gotten a new job where I do again need cash, so I needed a new wallet but was having trouble finding one that would be as compact as that card wallet. There are a few out there that are that small in length and width but they're very thick, and the few I found all have a similar design. So I decided to just go traditional again and just buy a regular bifold wallet. I tried this one thinking it would almost be a temporary thing until I found something better. But it's actually a really good wallet! It *is* more compact than most other traditional wallets, to the point that your cards (including your driver's license) will kind of hang out the sides of the pockets a little bit. This is by design and they're hidden when the wallet's closed, but when open you will see the card edges. It does make it easier to take them out since otherwise they're really tightly held and it would be difficult if you couldn't grab the edge. But this design also allows the wallet to be a little smaller than it would be otherwise. I was concerned that the wallet wouldn't look as good as it does in the pictures, since often that's the case with these inexpensive items on Amazon, but it actually does. It looks really good in person, and I certainly feel no embarrassment taking it out to pay for things no matter where I am. I bought the carbon fiber and orange combination, which gives kind of a sports car effect, and while of course it's not real carbon fiber, it's a nice effect and the material at least feels like real leather. (Whether or not it actually is, I'm not too concerned with as long as it looks and feels like it is.) Like all wallets of this design, you do have to be careful which pockets you use for your cards because they absolutely will get bent. This is just a function of uneven "stacking" with the staggered pockets, and every bifold or trifold wallet that's primarily designed for cash suffers from this issue. It's the big reason I had switched to a card-only wallet, all of which stack your cards evenly. So I put my important cards in line with each other (there are several side-loading pockets on the same plane at the "bottom" of the wallet, lined up with the ID) and just have a couple of my less important cards in the other pockets at the top, which is where the bending happens. Just something to be aware of; it's not unique to this wallet, but it is a failing of this overall design of cash-based bifold wallets in general. At least if you keep the wallet in your back pocket, but it is a little large to keep in a front pocket. I can't speak to durability and it still wouldn't surprise me if this wallet only lasts a year or so. But for the price, I still wouldn't complain about that. ... show more

  • Not my favorite but excellent build quality
Color: Carbon Black and Orange
I tried this after having one of those money clip wallets. I should have stuck to that design as I like it more, but for a bifold wallet this thing has some real good quality in the craftsmanship. I don't like that there's a bunch of places I can stash cards (others may like that feature, though). I'm still trying to figure out where I put all my cards sometimes, which can slow me down at the register. The card slots are also quite tight, which means they're very secure. The cash pocket has JUST enough room for dollar bills which is nice. If I wanted to stick with a bifold wallet, I'd definitely reorder one of these. I imagine it'll last me a while, though. Even though I'm very hard on my wallets, this thing has yet to show any problems. ... show more

  • Sleek and Functional
Color: Blue and Carbon Black
I had needed a new wallet for about a decade now, and this one definitely serves the purpose. Admittedly it's not quite as "thin" as advertised, but perhaps I'm loading it a bit too full with cards and whatnot. It starts out a bit stiff when loading everything in, but I'm already noticing it's starting to give a bit which is good. I guess we'll see how quickly the usual wear and tear sets in! Plenty of space for everything, and I love the pocket on the outside. I keep my debit card-the thing I use most there-so I enjoy the "quick draw" capability. And the data-secure carbon fiber covering is a plus! I got the grey option with the blue inside. One thing I CAN say; this is by far the most stylish wallet I've ever owned (apart from maybe my Spiderman wallet when I was a kid)!! ... show more

  • Cool wallet
Color: Carbon Coffee
It seems pretty good quality especially for the price. My only gripe is that my ID doesn’t fit in the intended slot, but otherwise it’s a serviceable wallet. Bought it to test the water with low profile wallets. Will probably get another wallet down the road, but absolutely nothing wrong with this particular wallet. If you’re still reading this review I hope you know that I once fluffed my way through a 60 page research paper and aced it. Went to North West Idaho A&M and was a huge part their tater harvest program. No sports for me, no sireee, just good hard work like wasting time and snorkeling in the drainage ditch behind the fine arts building. Speaking of fine arts, I once painted a trex on a ‘01 Tacoma…it was fire, lemme tell yuh. Currently eating some chicken nuggies and contemplating the nuances of modern American culture. Any of y'all into this 3rd wave of coffee shops? Or have yall moved on to the 4th wave? I digress. If you could be an ostrich for a year or a fly for a day, what would you choose? And why is the answer being a clownfish for a month?! Welp if anyone reads this point, my name is, what? My name is, who? My name is..chicka chicka slim shady that’s who. ... show more
