The media could not be loaded. Last year when I would visit my friend in the Pacific Northwest he would take me snowshoeing and it was so much fun. I found out locally here in Pittsburgh and in New York there’s quite a bit of trails that are Greta for snow shoeing. Try the side of this year to bite the bullet and buy a pair they said has everything you need goggles trekking poles and the snow shoes included as well as a travel bag which is nice if I ever visit my friend in Seattle to go snowshoeing and this will be easy to pack. We had quite a bit of snow this winter. We finally found a house to settle into, and since it has acreage with it when we would go on walks, it would get to be a bit much to be on top of the snow one minute and fall through to my knees the next. I decided to buy a pair and spent quite a bit of time reviewing the different kinds. These are very easy to put on, and I am so happy with this one. We went for a walk, and as I was staying on top of the snow, my wife was falling through the deep snow every other step. Last year, we purchased our set of snowshoe but our girls wanted to tag along this year so we purchased this for our oldest. The overall units are made durable with aluminum spikes as well as frame and the lightweight snowshoe Pole is also made of aluminum and the height is adjustable. This definitely is worth the price and occasional snowshoeing as our trip to the north doesn't happen very often because of distance. In either case, we've been enjoying our snowshoe and this will be a great way to explore new trails sometime next year 😊 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The clasps on here are nice. Fit in and I could pull down and when I needed tighter just did the click and it got tighter. Pull the little tab and it releases. I plan to try snowshoeing this winter. This pair is what I am looking for, super lightweight. The aluminum frame will not rust. It’s not hard to put on. The straps can be adjusted to fit any shoes sizes. With the adjustable telescoping poles, my daughter and I can share the snowshoes.
