Description

"DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Be sure to pretest before using. GREASE TRAPS: For less than 20 cubic feet capacity, add 4 - 5 oz. of product daily by pouring into a sink or pipeline closest to the trap. Perform when the traps are used the least. Flush down with 1 cup of lukewarm water. For traps larger than 20 cubic feet, add 8 - 10 oz. daily using the same procedure. SEPTIC TANKS: Initial treatment, add 1 pint per 25 cubic feet capacity. Thereafter, use 8 oz. per week. Pour directly into toilet and flush. DRAINLINES AND DOWN PIPES: Use product a minimum of 2 times weekly, to a maximum of 4 times. Start on the lowest floor and work 1 floor per day. Do not treat the same floor twice. When the top floor is reached, continue treatment for the top floor only. PIPE SIZE/DOSAGE/FREQUENCY: 2""/4 oz./2 times/wk.; 4""/8 oz./2 times/wk.; 6""/12 oz./2 times/wk.; 8""/16 oz./2 times/wk. CARPETS: For pet odors, pour directly on odor spot. Blot with a clean white cloth. Repeat if the odor persists. CARPET MACHINES: To deodorize carpets, add 1/4 cup of product to the solution tank. RESTROOMS: To deodorize urinals and bowls, apply to surfaces and surrounding area. FLOORS: Dilute 2 - 5 ounces per gallon and mop directly onto floor. Pour excess directly down the drain."

I’m a fan of biological cleaners: including enzyme and bacterial types. I tested this in a 1/8 solution that was kept at an ambient 68 degree a Fahrenheit. On a stir plate, at roughly 400 rpm, the solution sat for 72 hours with 1/4 fluid ounce of hydrogenated plant fat floating on the surface. At the end of the 72 hour trial, the fat had almost been entirely broken apart by the cleaner. I believe that this actually would be great for treating pipes, septic, and so forth. This would also be great for any application that is needed to reduce grease, oil, or any other hydrophobic substance. As for the smell? Smells kind of like mint, no powerful fume smells in what I received. Im going to let my wife try running this through our steam cleaner and see how it fairs. ... show more

This is the stuff that melts the stuff you find with the backlight and special yellow glasses, you can literally watch it eat the nasty. I initially got this to clean feces, vomit, slime molds, biofilms and other nasty biological things off of nice things and boy does it! Especially pertaining to bathrooms if you walk someone in blindfolded they wouldn't even know it was a bathroom! It works so well I got a jug for myself. I've used this for literally everything on the label, except for the grease trap, only because I don't have one. It works great in those rentable carpet machines I even poured two ounces down the air conditioning drain line and it stoped it gurgling. Most surprisingly I used it to mop the floor and it doesn't smell like feet anymore (Sorry mr. Clean you tried)! I wouldn't use it as an all purpose cleaner because it is very heavy duty and definitely wouldn't use it on kitchen surfaces without very very thorough rinsing. The mint scent is very strong but dissipated quickly and smells pretty nice. But anyway my trash can started to stink and I'm planning to make a weekend out of it ... show more

This isn't the first time we've used enzymes to clean things around the house. We raised two babies in a house with a dog and a cat. We also have aging pipes so I like to treat all the drains once in a while. But the stuff has generally been really expensive. I've been out of it for a while but then we noticed a bad stink in the sofa. Pretty sure someone spilled milk into it and two of the big cushions and part of the back were nasty. Like, maybe we throw it away, nasty. But this is a giant and expensive sofa so I had to try to get in there and get the stink out. This looked like a good price for a whole gallon of enzymes so I thought to try this first before using any detergents on it. I soaked and mashed capfulls of this into the cushions and turned up the heat and put a fan on it to speed up the drying. It seems to have worked completely. The mint scent when you use it is fairly mild which is nice but now, after it's all dried out for a few days you can't detect the smell of either the mint or the rot that was going on. Wow! Excellent stuff! We have 2 dogs, one is an elderly great dane who has accidents. This stuff is phenomenal! I've bpught enzymatic cleaners at the pet food store for 3 times the price, and this is better. Great find for me! I'm sure I'll be buying it again.

I bought this on the reviews because the regular name brand carpet cleaning solutions didn’t work. Doggies peed on the carpet and it was out of control.... thought I would have to put out the big $$ for a professional.... UNTIL I found this and read the reviews. As you can see from the picture, the carpet was gross!!!! You can see the difference and I only have a Dyson pet carpet cleaner. If you are on the fence, BUY THIS now!!!! I have an orange cat. His name is Cheddar. Cheddar gets angry when his litter is forgotten about. Cheddar decided to pee on my carpet. Cheddar's pee is some strong cat pee. I used this cleaner on Cheddar's no-no spot and it completely removed the Cheddar urine smell. Cheddar is normally a good boy. It was my fault that Cheddar's litter went a day unscooped. Cheddar is now happy and uses his litter box. I do have this on hand in case Cheddar has another accident. ... show more

We have a horrible cat.... who likes to pee on piles of clothes or blankets. After many many different remedies and mixtures of things I almost gave up. This stuff is a MIRACLE!! I added 3 cap fulls to the laundry (filled with water to soak), washed if after the soaking load with this stuff.... and the smell was GONE!!!! Saved me having to toss out perfectly fine clothes. I found this product works as good if not better than the product we were using which cost more than twice the price. we have five dogs ( one is 17 and a half) another is an elderly great dane, they both have regular accidents, so we have to be ready.
