The frozen okra tastes surprisingly fresh and cooks up really well. The texture stays nice and it works great in curries and stir-fries. Even my toddlers love it, which is a big win in our house! However, there are way too many tough caps left on the okra. It’s very annoying and time-consuming to remove them, especially when you’re cooking in a hurry.
