I am 5’7 & 248 & I ordered the XL because these Maxi dresses seem to always run a little big. IT FITS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! It’s a thinner material which is great for summer. It is a little see through as I show in my picture however with my bra and shorts underneath that won’t matter. This dress is seriously SO comfortable and flattering!! The colors are even prettier in person and the flowers are even pinker which I LOVE!!! I got this for my upcoming cruise and for under $8 ITS A FRIGGIN STEAL!!! I couldn’t believe it. Based on the material and it being a little sheer I wouldn’t want to pay no more than $15 for this, so the fact I got it for such a great deal makes me so happy!! I WANT ALL THE COLORS NOW!! I have ordered 7 different maxi dresses in the last month and this is absolutely my FAVORITE out of all of them. ALSO: I seen other reviews stating that the dress pulled the top part down and made it look saggy but I did not have that issue at all. This is one of those tissue thin rayon jersey dresses that are popular on Amazon. The material isn't dense enough for me to wear without a slip but I love them for sleepwear. The fabric, while thin, is very soft, flowy & cooling. I bought the size Amazon recommended but I could have sized down. If I wear it as a dress the underarm is too low to not cover my bra. It doesn't bother me as a nightgown. The straps could easily be altered to give more coverage. It's well made with no loose threads. I bought it on sale too so it's a bargain. This dress is a beautiful color and the fabric is very soft and comfortable. However, the bottom/skirt part of the dress weighs down the top/bodice causing a drooping effect that looks sloppy. Finally! This dress is perfect. Perfectly comfortable, perfectly flattering, perfectly appropriate for almost any occasion - from casual to dressy. I love the soft feel and stretch. The fabric is cool, and yet dense enough to hide panty & bra lines AND it hides bulges and cellulite. THIS IS NOT SEE THROUGH! And it fits! Unlike most Amazon sizes that are smaller Asian sizing, this dress is really a good fit for a plus sized woman. And it is long enough. There is no shrinkage after washing and the gentle, high waisted design is very flattering for a woman with a problem belly. THERE IS NO SAUSAGE VIBE WITH THIS GARMENT. The fit is perfect - not baggy like a tent dress and not tight like a sausage. It is an easy, relaxed with no wrinkles or bunching. The design avoids all the pitfalls that usually crop up in plus-sized garments. The armholes do not gape (showing the bra), the shoulder straps do not show straps, the scoop neckline does not choke - NOR DOES IT SHOW CLEAVAGE. I cool, covered & modest, well-dressed, and fashionable. And since I bought it in 3 different colors and prints, I can tell you that the style and sizing is consistent from garment to garment. I only have one complaint - I wish it were available in more colors. I've purchased every variety available, but would have loved to find it in white, lighter prints, bright colors, jewel-tones, brown, prints, etc. It is sleeveless and needs a simple shrug to make it appropriate for three seasons. This was on sale for a really good price. It’s not something I would have searched for and bought but since it was at such a good price I did buy it. And I was pleasantly surprised. The colors are really pretty and bright for the summer. The fabric is really good quality, a little thick but not bulky, not too heavy or hot.
