I tried ordering several dresses, and the Amazon Essentials Women's Tank Swing Dress is my go-to for hot humid summers. I tried two sizes. The X-Large fits well and is the right length (5 ft 2 in, 190 lbs). The XX-Large is okay for sleepwear and over a bathing suit, but a bit larger than I like. Given that I often buy a XX-Large, this is fine. I prefer black and dark jewel tones, which are available. The fabric is soft and not sheer or thin. Washing instructions are acceptable.

I love the style. Very classic and not low-cut. I prefer the higher neckline and it is hard to find. I love the fabric because it does not wrinkle, it is not heavy, it is very comfortable, and perfect for travel. I am 5'2" and have a chunky build. I no longer have a waistline, so the dress's flare looks good. I am very happy with this purchase. It is also, reasonably priced.

I’m glad I tried this on! The black is too plain on me, but this dress is easy to dress up with accessories and such. The cuts are flattering. It sits at the bottom of my knees, not the top. (My height is 5’2”.) I found a long knit cardigan to pair it with for modesty. The cardigan really dresses it up. I wore it to a dinner with a cardigan and belt. It has been a great base layer for outfits- even costumes and doubles as a warm slip. I’ve turned it into a tank a couple times by tucking it and bundling the bottom. I would NOT wear this outside the house without a cardigan or shawl to cover me or a thick plain slip to wear underneath. I LOVE wearing it around the house though. So soft and comfortable and lightweight yet warm. The bottom has a swing feel when I moved around, too. I’d buy again. Very versatile.

Light weight and length is good at mid knee. I am 5'1 1/2 ". Size M. Top is a little wide at the top so arm pit holes just a tad too big, but acceptable. Would be great with side pockets. I would be willing to pay a little more for this feature. Great for lounging around the house and a quick trip to the grocery store. It's over 100 degrees now so this is comfy and cool. This is the first Amazon clothing item I have bought. Will by more of these dresses.

This dress is very loose and doesn't have much of a shape, so it's not the most flattering. Feels like a mumu. It might be good for a bathing suit cover up or a nap dress, but it's not cute enough for me to wear it out. I am between 2 sizes and ordered the larger size and probably could have gone down a size and it might have looked better. 3 stars because it's comfy and well made, just not flattering.

I love this dresse after 1st one got 2 more in different colors and tried sustainable fabric as well. I am 5'7 125-140 lb ( I fluctuate on scales but my usual size M and measurements always same ) bra size 36B . I am 36 /30/36 with height 5'7 measurements. Size M is absolutely perfect for me , length of dresses is perfect slightly below the knee. I love colores, washed them several times especially red one , it was my first. Washing in cold water on gentle/handwash cycle and flat dry. No color change or change in size or qoulaty of fabric. Dark green had little bit color bleed during first washing but I had it in prewash bucket because I made stain, bleed was minimal especially for 1st washing. They become my favorite dresses this summer for hot Arizona days. I wear them at home as well to go out to not very fancy. Wear assist is as well with belts-looks wounderful and fabric feels very nice on the skin. I probably will order even more in other colors they have. I wish they had more colors without print like true Yellow and orange. I got all my dresses on lightning deals so I don't payed full price nd it gives me extra satisfaction as well. Grate product for grate price. I think they would last for good time. And sizes is consistent in all 3 dresses.
