This is a pretty good polo shirt with just one problem: the fitting! I saw a lot of reviews saying to size up or that the fit was a bit tight, so I’d figured I would stay at my usual small instead of getting an extra small, how I wish I got the extra small. The shirt is stretchy so it’s not like it’s strangling you, but it makes it look a bit frumpy and ill-fitting. This is good for a kid at school, but wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. In case it doesn’t show my correct measurements (my boyfriend’s are usually put into this account since I get a lot of clothes for him), I am 5’1 at 130lbs. The shirt was also a bit long, so it was kind of awkward to tuck into my skirt. Overall, this is honestly a really good choice with how cheap it is and how good it feels. A lot of polos can be kind of scratchy, but this one is rather soft. The thickness isn’t too thick to where you’re sweating bullets, but it’s also not so thin you can see your undergarments peaking through. I think this is a great shirt for school, sports, etc just as long as you check your own measurements and compare with the sizing on the website. The fabric is nice quality - soft and comfortable. The stitching of the shirt is also done well. The fit is also flattering - the tummy area is not super tight like a lot of women’s polos tend to be so that is nice. Because of this I could have sized down. My problem lies with the way the sleeves are cut and where they are joined at the armpit area (see third photo). It feels like the issue might be that the bottom part of the sleeve is too short. If you raise your arms up even very slightly or reach outward the armpit and chest part of the shirt pull - making the chest area look very body and the sleeves uncomfortable. My only other critique would be that I feel like if the buttons were spaced closer together the shirt would be more flattering. Right now I feel like the bottom of the button area falls at a weird place. If these two things were corrected I would buy a ton of these because otherwise they are very nice.
