I am so impressed with these leggings! I bought them because the price was fantastic, but I honestly wasn't expecting this level of quality. The fabric is incredibly soft and stretchy, providing a snug but comfortable fit that's perfect for lounging or running errands. They're not see-through at all, which is a huge plus. They've held up beautifully after several washes without any fading or pilling. These are hands down the best cheap leggings I've ever owned. I'll be buying more!

At 143 lbs., 5ft 1” with excess weight in upper stomach, abdomen, and derriere I purchased these Amazon Essentials in size Medium. I’m admittedly a bargain-hunter and bought the blue pair to try because I noted a price drop. They are snug and a little long, but overall fit me well and are very comfortable. I'm pleased with them. Made well in Vietnam (as are many garments made there) these leggings are fabricated well with good stitching, even seams, and with material content of 50% cotton, 38% viscose, & 12% elastane. The color is saturated. They are thicker than some leggings, but not overly so, and do not attract lint. Machine washable; tumble dry low. I only dry my clothes for 5 -7 minutes and then hang them (yes-even jeans) because when not damaged by heat (which is not your friend) clothing seemingly lasts forever. These leggings launder well. I rated this pair with 5 stars because I consider them to be a good value even at the original cost and (as I’ve found with every or almost every Amazon Essentials brand garment that I’ve purchased) an excellent quality as well.

I love the price most of all with this. I wear leggings as pants, as lots of us do now. My old go-to were VS Pink Ultimate leggings, but they either don't make them anymore, renamed them, or something. I can't find any more, and my old ones are too small and developed holes in the inner thighs. These are soooo comfy, not compression leggings at all, which I only liked because they made my body look tight, but they were so uncomfortable. These are a good compromise. A lot looser fitting, and not made of that athletic material, but still stretchy and opaque! I don't get hot wearing them either. The biggest thing for me: the waistband doesn't roll down (as much). With high-waisted leggings, the band is often thick and tight, and thus rolls down even while standing or walking. These only roll down under my hips if I bend over a lot, but they don't slip out of place, just roll. And, when they do roll, they don't pinch and hurt, it's still loose and comfy. I got a M in the VS Pink leggings back in the day, and was looking to get a L but never did. I got these in medium regular based on reviews and guessing, and they fit great! I'm 5'7, 200lbs. I bought 2 more pairs after wearing my first try-on pair for two days! Thanks Amazon! Definitely will come back for more later! Even if they split in the inner thighs (I will update if they do), I'll buy more because of price and pleasant experience.

Oh. my. god! I can't believe these are so good. I have narrow hips, a smaller/average butt, and don't look good in high waisted pants. These leggings are so flattering and comfy for me! I'm just under 5'5" and about 130 lbs, and I got a size 'small short,' and the fit's perfect. Goes completely down to my ankles. Has a nice sturdy, wide waistband. I'm absolutely floored by how good these are, after trying so many brands and not being happy. You can feel the quality in them, like they're a real item of clothing that has some structure to it, not just a strip of fabric called 'leggings.'

Fabric is awesome. Thick enough where things like panty lines/cellulite do not show. I purchased the black and gray. Neither are shiny. Waist band is wide/no muffin top/won’t roll down. Leg inseam and width is fine for me. I’m 5’1” and weigh 110lbs. But. The crotch is too short. Just right on the edge of a camel toe. Maybe they would be ok in a small regular, but then the length will be too long for me. It’s sad because I would otherwise keep them. They are being returned.

Hooray! Finally! Leggings that really are the right size, fit well and are super comfortable! I ordered two pairs of leggings, both in a size "large" from different sellers. The first pair that arrived were so small and tight, especially in the hips and thighs, they really shouldn't have been sold as a size "large"! And they had very little stretch to them at all, so I couldn't even get them up all the way! I returned them immediately. However, _this_ pair from "Amazon Essentials" is absolutely great! I could tell immediately, before putting them on, that they would be good, as I could see the shape - the hips were clearly wide enough to fit! They slip on easily, they're a lovely soft, stretchy fabric, just as leggings should be. They're not baggy at all, they fit snugly, but they're super stretchy and comfortable. And I'm really glad I ordered the size "Large, short", which suits my shorter legs perfectly! Now that I know these fit well, I'll be ordering more...

These are sooo comfortable. I bought the XL so they were real tight. I would definately order again if they had more colors. They are not see through and washed and dryed (in dryer on low) and they came out great.
