I initially bought these in a size 11 (my normal size) to have another basic flat, and because they were on sale. I work from home now, so simple shoes like this are my preferred option, and I had never tried an Amazon brand shoe. When I received them, I could get them on, but could barely stand it hurt my toes so much. I immedialy processed an exchange rather than a return, because I really liked the material and the look. Because I felt like they were significantly too small, and not just a little, I went with a 12.5 when processing my exchange. I received them a few days ago and they fit PERFECTLY. As a side note, I did measure my foot in case they had freakishly changed sizes over the years, and they still exactly match up with a US size 11 in women's. Seems like people ordering the smaller sizes are happy though, so maybe if you are a larger size like me, consider sizing up at least 1 full size. These are very comfortable shoes, with no need for breaking in. There isn't much support, but that's to be expected with basic flats like these. I will probably order another color soon and live in these for fall!

I own several pairs of flats, and this may be the most comfortable pair I currently own. They were a little tight around the toes at first, but once I broke them in, they became even more comfortable with no issues. They look great and feel very durable. I'll be wearing these for awhile!

These are just ok—love the cushy insole, love the print and material for a flat, but when you put them on and walk around—they’re just mid. The toe wants to lift and it just creates an awkward fit—they’re kind of wide too so you get this croc foot thing going on and it’s just not cute. Now—if I had a wider foot—these would be awesome.

Originally ordered a 6 1/2 wide, as that is my usual size and the size of a different pair of Amazon basics flats that I own. They were too long and I returned them and ordered the 6 wide. They are on the loose side, but they fit well enough. The insole is thin but soft, they do not offer a lot of support but I have no problem wearing and walking in them all day.

The front of the shoes is wide and worked for awhile but as my foot swells from walking the heel became tighter til eventually it broke the skin of the back heel of both feet. Disappointing
