I initially bought these in a size 11 (my normal size) to have another basic flat, and because they were on sale. I work from home now, so simple shoes like this are my preferred option, and I had never tried an Amazon brand shoe. When I received them, I could get them on, but could barely stand it hurt my toes so much. I immedialy processed an exchange rather than a return, because I really liked the material and the look. Because I felt like they were significantly too small, and not just a little, I went with a 12.5 when processing my exchange. I received them a few days ago and they fit PERFECTLY. As a side note, I did measure my foot in case they had freakishly changed sizes over the years, and they still exactly match up with a US size 11 in women's. Seems like people ordering the smaller sizes are happy though, so maybe if you are a larger size like me, consider sizing up at least 1 full size. These are very comfortable shoes, with no need for breaking in. There isn't much support, but that's to be expected with basic flats like these. I will probably order another color soon and live in these for fall!

I own several pairs of flats, and this may be the most comfortable pair I currently own. They were a little tight around the toes at first, but once I broke them in, they became even more comfortable with no issues. They look great and feel very durable. I'll be wearing these for awhile!

These are just ok—love the cushy insole, love the print and material for a flat, but when you put them on and walk around—they’re just mid. The toe wants to lift and it just creates an awkward fit—they’re kind of wide too so you get this croc foot thing going on and it’s just not cute. Now—if I had a wider foot—these would be awesome.

These are very cute and true to size (women's 9) for me. However, you really have to break them in, even if you're wearing them with socks - you NEED blister pads on your heels . The top back edge of these shoes has a weird support cushion just under the lip of the heel opening of the shoe and it causes the top of the shoe to point inward even more when you're walking so it scrapes. HARD. Otherwise, cute shoe. Goes well with all neutrals and very happy with the color and size.
