I initially bought these in a size 11 (my normal size) to have another basic flat, and because they were on sale. I work from home now, so simple shoes like this are my preferred option, and I had never tried an Amazon brand shoe. When I received them, I could get them on, but could barely stand it hurt my toes so much. I immedialy processed an exchange rather than a return, because I really liked the material and the look. Because I felt like they were significantly too small, and not just a little, I went with a 12.5 when processing my exchange. I received them a few days ago and they fit PERFECTLY. As a side note, I did measure my foot in case they had freakishly changed sizes over the years, and they still exactly match up with a US size 11 in women's. Seems like people ordering the smaller sizes are happy though, so maybe if you are a larger size like me, consider sizing up at least 1 full size. These are very comfortable shoes, with no need for breaking in. There isn't much support, but that's to be expected with basic flats like these. I will probably order another color soon and live in these for fall!

These are so comfy and wayyyy less than other more expensive flats, like jcrew, Rothy’s or MIA brands. The texture is similar to Rothy’s and they’re sooo super comfy! Thank you Amazon! I found them to be true to size. Loved them so much I bought 3 colors!

Based on other reviews, I sized up when ordering these for my daughter (she typically wears a 6.5 so we ordered a 7) and they were still too small; we had to send back for a 7.5, which would typically be way too big but these fit her. Now that she has a pair that fit, she says they are comfortable and the quality looks good for the price.

Ordered size 6 1/2, which is my usual size. The shoes were definitely larger than 6 1/2, so I returned them and ordered a size 6. They arrived today and are a perfect size 6 - which is too small for me. It’s a cute shoe, but the two pairs don’t even look like they’re the same shoe!!! Was going to try one more time, but the real stopper came when I saw that I paid $17 for the first two pairs, but they’re charging $24.70 now. No thanks.

I bought leopard print and grey pairs, and have only wearing these shoes since February when I purchased them, they’re dirty and the insoles have worn a little, but considering the abuse I’ve put them through they have held up well. I have wide width and high arches, and find them to be quite comfortable. The quality is good for the price you are paying.
