I have a 44 inch bust and hips, so I ordered the XL. The fabric is soft and flowy, and the fit is loose and flattering. The dress could easily be worn casually or dressed up for weddings, church, etc. For something more than casual you may want shapewear to smooth any lumps and bumps but it’s a fair trade for how great the fabric feels on your skin. ... show more

I bought this in black, wore it three times inside of a week and loved it so much I went back and bought the navy. Now considering the green. This is the *perfect* dress -- casual and light enough for a barbecue, just neat enough for work. Works with sneakers, sandals or flats. I throw a scarf on it for work. Then I bought the Daily Ritual cocoon cardigan (in two colors) so I could continue to wear it into colder months. I'm 5'4" and can wear it with flats, it just skims the top of my foot. Side-slits make it easy to walk in. Fabric is very soft, very stretchy, and so far launders well. It's flattering, elegant, minimal -- it's like Eileen Fisher on a Target budget.
