I absolutely love these Amazon Essentials hoodies! I purchased both Light Pink and Black. They are soft, but also substantial and warm. The inside is super soft and fuzzy. Pockets are well placed and the hood is large enough to actually cover your head if you need it. I like that the ties and zippers are the exact same color as the rest of the sweatshirt. The pink is really pretty, not too bright, more like a blush pink. I ordered my normal size Medium and it fit great, so I would say they run true to size. I'm 5'6"/135 lbs/34DDD. The arms are just a tiny bit slim, if that's an issue for you. It didn't bother me at all, and the sleeve length is great. I would like one in every color. ... show more

These hoodies are soft and comfy and well-made. However, be aware that the sleeves are pretty snug. The upper sleeve is okay, but from the elbow down, it's slim and, in my opinion, a little too snug. It's okay if you're wearing a short-sleeve tee or a tank beneath it, but probably not great over a long-sleeve shirt. Also, if you like to push up the sleeves of your jackets, you may not be able to do that with these. I can't comfortably push up these sleeves much beyond my wrists...and I have fairly thin lower arms. The other thing to keep in mind when considering whether to buy one of these is that overall these hoodies are on the short side. If you like a hoodie that comes just to the top of your pants and not much farther, that's slim-fitting in general, these might be just your thing. However, if you like a hoodie that comes down far enough to cover your butt...these won't do that. I found these to be generally true to size and figure flattering. But if you prefer a looser fit, something slouchy that you can throw on over anything, order a size or two larger than your usual. I don't think, however, that even sizing up will give you much length, so it will likely still be on the shorter side. ... show more

I ordered this as a cover for Spring, summer, fall. Air conditioning’s, cool nights take chill off. I'm 5’9”/165 and ordered recommended size medium. Hoodie is light weight and has a thin layer of peached/fuzzy insulation. It’s not oversized and with shirt under it -fits nicely. If you want oversized/slouchy I’d order large. I have long arms and sleeves cover. I’m hoping it doesn’t shrink it would be too tight. Great price, made well. ... show more

For the price, this is a great hoodie, but where is the rest of it? While I loved the fabric, the zipper, the pockets, the sleeve length, why is it barely covering my waistband in the back. I have long legs, but I’m a bit short in the trunk (5’5”, 123 lbs) and yet there’s insufficient coverage in the back. I’ll wash and dry it and into the donation box it goes! ... show more

Amazon Essentials does it again. I just got this sweatshirt today to use on an upcoming trip. I'm 5'2 and 140 lbs and got the large which is the perfect size. I was afraid it would be too long but it isn't. The sleeves are a bit long but just rolling up the cuff works. Quality zipper and draw string.
