I was very happy with my purchase. I am 5’4” 110lbs and this dress fits with a loose-fit style. I am super comfortable in it. It is not see-through and the fabric dries and hangs nicely. The straps are maybe a touch too long for me (you can see it shows my bra a little bit), but I still really like the fit and feel. Updating this review after washing and wearing a few times. It is a super comfortable, cheerful casual dress. I have worn it on dog walks, to the beach, even once to the office with a fancy belt and nice accessories. It's well worth the money spent although not 'ideal' on my body type. Adding a photo of it in action on the beach, where i feel it works best (casual, breezy). Fabric wrinkles easily but the wrinkles also release easily. To be fair i had to modify my review because it's much nicer than my first reaction. As soon as I tried this on I thought “oh hell NO!!” as it made my petite, thin frame look squat and dumpy. I only bought it to throw on as a cheap beach cover up so I didn’t have high fashion expectations but it’s a bit unflattering on me. The elastic waist sits above my waist awkwardly and the skirt is awkwardly long, shapeless and baggy. Odd through the hip. That said it looks decent with a jacket giving it a little shape or belted. The pink color is stunning. On a taller girl I could see this being really nice! I think I’m keeping it (for an $8 beach cover, I can even tie my sarong as a belt or wear as a shawl to compliment the formless mass of skirt). I worried that the bust wouldn’t fit because I have a smaller chest but the bust is actually really flattering. Go figure. Also I believe viscose shrinks so I might try a little dryer magic to see if that helps!! ... show more

LOVE this dress! I'm 5'2 115 lbs and bought the xs and it fits perfectly. Love that it has pockets and was surprised at how comfortable the fabric is. Definitely recommend!!

Bought this on sale. It’s a pretty color, but fabric is thin and it fit a bit frumpy. It might just be the way it looked on me. Runs true to size.

    • My ‘Hippy’ friends…Overall nice dress… not flattering for Hips
To my hippy and thick thighs friends - Overall it’s a great quality. Not see through at all. However the design cut is straight down from the waist and because it has pockets (yay for pockets!) it will make your hips pop out and constantly have you pulling the dress down. A size up would have made it too loose and boxy. I am 5’2” 130lbs. I bought XS. Cute simple dress, doable - I will keep. ... show more

I was looking for a casual summer dress that wasn’t expensive (I’m a toddler mom) and this one fit the bill. It has pockets, which I love! I was worried about the length because I’m 5’2 but it is a perfect midi length on me. Looks cute dressed up with heels or casual with sandals or sneakers.

Horrible stitching. Bust is larger than hips. Elastic is so loose it drapes across my hips and won’t stay up. Waist is stitched in a wavy line. Interface is not stitched down and hangs out. Non-adjustable straps are so long, top comes straight across at underarms exposing a lot of breast. Straps are 14” apart, leaving 1” on each shoulder to cling to before falling off. Fabric was soft. I gave this dress a 5 star, because the material is very soft and comfortable. It has pockets which I love. Had I knew it would fit so good, I would order every color. But they only had the blue stripes in my size. I am 5'4 and 236 lbs. I bought 2x and it fit perfectly. Not too tight or too loose.
