So, these were ordered for a specific work event. They showed up 10 days late. That's why I'm only giving 4 ⭐ They are super cute a true red color. I'll probably order another color. They are comfortable have a decent insole included, there's not really room to add a 2nd due to the "height" of shoe. I'm on my feet 9-12 hours a day so I am big on insoles.. Also a tad wider would be great. Or a WIDE option my feet and legs swell on and off so a wide option would be appreciated... #AmazonBasics ? Wide? ... show more

Not s great fit, and even if they did, the heel is a little wonky - this makes for some hot spots and I'm currently working through those. Shopping locally is currently not an option, so I have to make due with what I can find online. Online purchases can be problematic in general and that is true here. The durability seems fine, as far as I can tell, though I don't expect what I can see alone to tell the actual story of how long the shoes will last. They ARE pretty cute (except for looking too long) and VERY sturdy and the soles were really comfy. However, I wore them for FOUR hours and my heels (on the back) got absolutely ripped to shreds. No other shoe of this style has done this to me, and since I got them for work (because they're supposed to be comfy on the soles), I absolutely cannot be going 8-12 hours on my feet with them getting rubbed raw.
