These are just a basic mule. They aren't too heavy. The heel is offset by the 1/2 inch platform height. I bought these for work mainly but i know I can wear these with dresses and skirts also. I am looking forward to using them more in the fall. I bought a pair in black as well

The Amazon Essentials Women's Clog is a good basic clog to wear when running errands. The clogs don't offer a lot in terms of cushioning but are still comfortable enough to wear when strolling around. I personally wouldn't wear these on a long day of sightseeing but may end up changing my mind when these are more broken in. The clogs are not too heavy and I found they fit well when I wore thin socks. I do agree with others though - definitely order these in half a size up. I normally wear 6.5 shoes and found that size 7 was perfect for both the length and width of my feet. These are surprisingly comfortable for those with wider feet too, by the way. Unfortunately, these shoes don't offer much as far as tread goes - I was a bit concerned when walking over slippery surfaces as they don't have much grip. At the current ~$30 price point, these are a pretty good pair of clogs to consider, if you like the design. For me, these are just right for when I want to run errands and need a shoe that I can quickly slide on and go.

When I first got these shoes I failed to remove the very well-fitted cardboard inside of them that was helping them keep their shape. Ouch - I wondered how I could ever wear such stiff shoes!! When I finally realized what was causing it and removed it, they instantly became more comfortable. I wear a 7.5 and got a 7, and it fit quite well. I wore them around for a day with no comfort issues. They are attractive and have a nice, short heel. The only thing I didn't like is that the inside of the shoe, the part your foot sits on, isn't at all absorbent. I was wearing them without socks in rather warm temperatures, so after a while my feet started to sweat and were sliding around inside. So I will most likely only wear them with socks, and/or only wear them inside an air-conditioned area (or when it's not super hot).

These shoes are very comfortable to wear, so I agree with the recommendation to size up a little. I wear eight and a half in just about everything except for some heels, and the size nine works fine for me. The only downside is that the footbed doesn't offer much cushion/ support, but nothing a pair of insoles won't fix.

These are very nice quality clogs. They are poly urethane - but have an authentic leather look. No chemical smell that I could detect. The soles are comfortable and the toe box has plenty of room. My shoes normally range from 8.5 - 9.5 depending on the brand / maker. I ordered a 9 (half-sizes were not available). These are tight around my arch and just barely long enough for my foot. I should have opted up a half-size and chosen the 10. If you are between sizes, I recommend going for the next larger size. Otherwise these are nice quality and color.

They look medium-slender, but the fit was fine for my wide feet -- not pinched. These look like they should be comfy, but they're not. There is no flex as I roll through the foot so they hurt under and on top of my feet unless I flop me feet flat as I walk. too bad...'cause they're so pretty.

I recently ordered the black-pu women's clogs in size 11. I generally wear a size 11W and was hoopeful that these would fit. They arrive in a box. The clogs look nice and as expected. I was disappointed that the heel is not rubber but that hard material. I had no issue sliding my wide feet in but if they were swollen, it would be a no go. I walked around my home and the shoe was heavy and even made the floors creak where it usually doesn't. The hard heel was apparent and my feet immediately let me know that these were not going to work for me. When I slid them off, the top of my foot where the material ends left a mark. I am giving three stars because I received what was advertised and my expectations met.
