I’ve bought several of these Amazon Essentials long-sleeve crewneck tees, and they’ve become a staple in my winter wardrobe. In this shirt, I wear a large, and that size works perfectly as a layering piece — fitted enough to sit smoothly under sweaters without feeling bulky. For wearing around the house or when I want extra length over leggings, I sized up to an XL. The longer length is exactly what I wanted to cover legging area ; ) though the sleeves are a bit long, so I roll them up. It’s a small inconvenience for the comfort and coverage I get as well as a discounted price. I picked up several colors — rust, burgundy, oatmeal, and light pink — and they all work well with my coloring. After a few washes, they’ve held up nicely with no noticeable fading. I really like the Women's Amazon Essentials long-sleeve t-shirts that come in many colors. This light blue is a beautiful hue. It fits smoothly over the skin and looks good. The long-sleeve t-shirt is a perfect stand-alone or as a first layer in cooler weather. For the price the quality is good. I wash all alike clothes on a gentle cycle and allow them to air dry. This is a great wardrobe staple and a great item to have in several colors. The t-shirt works well with pants, a skirt, or under a sleeveless dress. The neckline is not too high, not too wide, and lies nicely. It fits closely to the body. It's not a thick t-shirt but a great t-shirt for spring, summer or to be layered. I read all the reviews that suggested sizing up. I am 5'2" 126 lbs. I wear a size medium In LLBean and Land's End T's depending on fit of the T. I ordered the large after reading the reviews. I guess it depends on how you like your T-shirts. I found it to be too snug in an unflattering way. Showed off every bulge. I wee bit tight in the chest. If you like them a little loose size up. If you like them loose size 2 sides up. If you like them skin tight you can probably get your regular size but/and it will be skin tight. I loved the length of the sleeves. A bit long which I like and prefer, and a little long is better than too short. The shirt itself is very long. Granted I am 5'2" but it went down to mid thigh or more. It did tuck under well. I tucked 4-5 inches up and it stayed and looked better. The quality of the shirt looks good and the cloth seems nice. A lighter shirt but quality fabric, so not a see through shirt. I liked so many things about this shirt but the sizing issue. Length was extreme but I could have worked around it. In the end though it was just too tight for my liking. I was surprised at how well this fit. I usually order a medium but after reading some of the reviews I ordered the next larger size. It isn't because it wouldn't have fit me but it would have been more snug than I wanted. I ordered the blue and it was definitely lighter than shown but it still worked for me. I liked the stretchy, snug fit. The shirt washed well and dried nicely in the dryer. The sleeves are just slightly longer than I expected but again it worked well anyway. The neckline surprised me also as I feared it would loosen too much after washing but it held up well. I would order the next larger size than usual because the fabric is very stretchy and clings to the skin and if you are chesty like me it may cling more than you would like. Overall I love the fit and it has held up well after washing. I will probably order another color! ... show more
