I have this shirt in multiple colors and love them all. It is pretty fitted and not baggy at all! I wear often with scrub pants and it is very nice. V neck is appropriate and not super low cut on me but obviously this would rely largely on your anatomy. I need this shirt in a fuschia pink. They wash well, hold their shape, and don't pill like the synthetic fabric shirts.
