I just got these in and here are my thoughts. First, while they look nice, you can tell these are faux leather shoes. Not gaudy but not real leather. They also don’t feel like they will give like real leather, becoming more supple as worn. They do seem like they will be easy to wipe clean. Scuffs will likely be a problem to buff out and cover based on the material. The inside of the shoe and sole has little padding and standing/walking in them for a short time has demonstrated that the balls of the feet will feel this rather quickly. I ordered these to size and they fit perfectly thus adding a sole support will make the shoe too tight but I do have on some thicker dress socks. (Don’t really have any thinner.) The rubber sole does add a little comfort and spring but not enough to make up for the internal lack of padding. I think these are priced about right for what you get. But, if you add about $20, you may get a shoe with better padding, leather outer with more comfort so you will get more wear out of your shoe because they will be the ones you reach for before these.
