When I tried them on at first they were too long in the length even tho they were the size supposed to be but working in retail for too long I tried a trick of the trade it never fails after washing them leaving them in the drier in high for little over an hour to shrink the length of the leg and now the length is perfect I was afraid leaving them in drier in high too long was going to fade some of the color but it didn't overall comfortable basic jeans ... second item I order from Amazon brand and I'm very satisfied the other items I ordered before were the polo shirts ready to order more ...

I like the look of these jeans, and they are good weight, thickness, and sizing. Two things I don't like: the zipper is really short, so you have to unbuckle, unsnap, and unzip before you go. Seriously, you can't do it without unbuckling your belt (the other reviews on this are not exaggerating). Next there are only 5 belt loops total, so when I wear my cell holster on my hip, there aren't enough belt loops to hold it in position. Neither of these is a fatal flaw, but totally room for improvement, IMHO. Like you I'm sure, I read these reviews with some suspicion, but please be forewarned if either of these two issues are important to you.

Other buyers said the sizes run small. I found them to be a lot looser than I expected. But that could be just me. I’ve been losing weight and buying the next size down. But I have other pants the same size that fit tighter. Other than that, they’re great quality. I’m very surprised and how soft endurable they feel.

Generally these are decent jeans, however in my experience they seem to run very small. I typically wear size 34/32 jeans. I ordered these in size 35/32 as I wanted some extra room since I sit at a desk all day. The size 35/32 fit tighter in the waist than any of the other 34s I own. Other than the size the material was very soft and had a really nice look to it. I have returned for a larger size as I really do want these jeans.
