Perfect and truly a nice pair of dress pants from Amazon Essentials. They fit well, except, it is about an inch too long. But that is because I am short, totally not their sizing. I wish Amazon Essentials will consider making 30W with 27L, maybe even 30W with 26.5L. Yes, I am Asian and my genetics make me shorter than the average male my size, age and weight. They run VERY small. My son has trouble finding pants that will fit his small waist and not be too short. I ordered a size up after reading the reviews that mention sizing, and they are still so tight he can barely fit in them. These were a last minute purchase when I realized he had to have black pants for something at school in just a few days and has outgrown his old pair, so no time to exchange and he'll make them work, but the reviews aren't kidding or exaggerating about them running small.
