Maybe these weren't cut for a model of my svelt measurements...ha...I have a 36 in waist and 28 inseam and a bit of a belly. I got the large and expected the legs would be long...they are. But I wasn't expecting the section from my waist to where the legs start to be as long as it was. I can roll them up at the waist, sure, but... They are stretchy. And I like the pockets. The stitching all seemed secure. It was just the odd fit on me that made these a 4 star item. I hope you find this helpful in making you decision. The material on these scrubs is slightly different than most. They are a little bit stiff material (even after washing) and the fabric seems to attract animal fur and lint kinda a lot but it's not so bad. They also run a bit small which makes me glad I sized up as much as I did (on a hunch). Other than that I like these. They have drawstring waist but also a zipper fly which is rare to see on pants like these (and I'm sure most men will probably appreciate). The pockets are good. There's the 2 normal hip pockets, 2 back pockets, and large side pockets. The side pockets are a large pocket and then a split section pocket over it (really making it be like 3-4 pockets of varying sizes). These scrub pants look fine and will work well for me. They don't even really look like scrubs, in the black color at least I wouldn't guess they were. ... show more

These are pretty good quality scrub bottoms, thicker than I am used to but seem to be sturdier than most. Comfortable as well. My only issue is that as a 5'8" man, the legs on the Medium are a little too long and have to roll them up a bit.

This is my first pair of scrubs, but I regret not having a pair before these. I don't have a frame of reference to compare these pants against others, but I can say that it's hard for me to imagine any others to be more comfortable than these. I'm a 34 waist and I got the large and that seems to be the right size, so you might want to order one size up. I don't see a size chart on the product listing, but with the drawstring, you can safely choose a little larger than you might normally expect. I'm 5-9 and normally wear 30 inseam pants and these are not much longer than that, if any. I have the black, which wasn't my first choice, but they look fine. I do like the slight stretch in the fabric and especially like that they have a zipper. I doubt that's standard for scrubs. They launder easily. I've used these for both sleeping wear and around the house wear, but they look OK to wear out of the house if you're so inclined. Pockets are generous, but just open. I do like these enough that I think I'll consider getting another pair in a different color at some point. ... show more
