They could almost pass off as shoes you got from some big department store. The look is just a bit off because they come to a dramatic point. The color is fine though and what you would expect from a "dark brown". The feel a bit plasticky and flimsy compared to the materials found in other shoes. This is all coming in at a bargain. For what you pay, this could make a suitable pair of everyday shoes for the office or for some teenager who needs them every so often. ... show more

These feel really cheap. The fit isn't as tight as a nice pair. The back hurts my heel after an hour or so. They did the job. I needed a brown pair of shoes for a wedding. But they came off in the car ride home.

I was disappointed and was hopeful for a nice shoe. Shoe material was thin and very stiff. Fit was very tight and toe was pointer than appeared in picture. I returned and opted to spend a little more for Rockports.
