These are great pants. The leg is wide enough to fit over boots. The waist really does expand well. The material is closer to slacks than khakis, so it looks good for the office. Only downside is how the elastic waist can look. Sometimes it bunches under your belt and is obvious you are wearing elastic pants. But that is a small sacrifice. Purchased 38W 30L, returning the pants. 6'1", 218 lbs, normal build. 38W waist was spot on, however the 30L legs wrapped under my heals. They were easily two inches too long, and for some reason they're SUPER baggy, like somewhere between parachute pants and JNCO jeans baggy. Maybe they'd shrink in the wash?, but if they shrink enough to be functional adult pants, the waist would probably no longer fit... Material and construction were fine. ... show more
