These pants are made with a little bit of stretchy material so they do stretch some but great fit. They are made of good quality! There heavy duty so there not lightweight. They hold up in the washer really well! There very breathable and move with you while working.

I wear a 36 in everything else, From George, to Lee, to Faded Glory which I can't find at wallyworld anymore. But these pants fit like they're a 34. Length is fine, glad I didn't wash them before hand I'd not even been able to pull them up past the back side. I generally wash everything before I wear them because I've worn a 36x32 for decades so I KNOW it's my size and how it fits after a wash. The pant seems to be well made, didn't stink, no stains or nothin' wonky. Just the size is not accurate. It's to much of a hassle to send them back so I'm going to give them to a friend or donate them to charity.

Exactly what I was looking for and at a decent price. Perfect color (olive, sort of like military green), fit as expected and I generally need or use stretch pants so I was worried. Don't waste your money paying for other brand name pants, these are the Chino pants you want.

These are as well made and durable as much more expensive khakis that I have owned. I rotate through three pairs for work and they start to wear in the crotch and thighs after about 9-12 months but this is at least as good as I was getting out of the name brands. They look as nice as any name brand khaki. Will buy again, it's a good deal for what you get. I am 5 11 240lbs with a 36 nch waist. Body builder type physique with thick quads and calves. No off the rack pants fit perfect but the size 38 fit my legs and a belt cinches down the top big waist just fine. They are very comfortable.
