The ability to conduct video calls with our kids and grandkids that are clear visually and audibly is outstanding. Scope and range of audio and video coverage are great, and the process for making a call is a snap. Ability to request and view information such as recipes and instructions is excellent. The only negative we've encountered is our inability to integrate devices on our pre-existing Alexa network like power switches with the Echo Show device. Can still control them with our older Echo devices but not with the Show. ... show more

    • Not like the echo show five that it should be. Not very customizable.
I like it but it is not very customizable. It needs to be set up where you can use it just like the echo show five. The clock is way too small and there needs to be a way to make it bigger. Plus the screen keepsGoing blank with just the clock. It would be nice if you could have it showing backgrounds rotating with various backgrounds of your choice. (Scenery, beaches, etc. ... show more
