Avoid At All Costs if You Ever Need Redemption Data
DO NOT EVER BUY THESE IF YOU NEED TO TRACK REDEMPTION RATES. There's no way to track what the redemption rates look like. You have to literally (old school) call them to get a count. They won't share the actual codes that have been redeemed, so you can't do any sort of follow up campaigns on the non-deemers. I was stuck in an endless loop of 30 minutes worth of phone back and forth, them requesting the codes from me --which are in my order history -- me downloading the codes and sending to them mutliple times -- each time they could not upload anything, etc. And they refused to send me just the list of the redeemed codes. It was quite possibly the most insane, backwards order flow I've ever encountered. We had planned to use these as part of an ongoing marketing initiative, but that clearly isn't an option now.

Money was taken out of my debit card, was never applied to my Amazon Gift Card.
Amazon took the money off my debit card and never applied it to the gift card I was trying to reload.I called customer service, they said the money will be applied to the account within 3-5 business days, it never did.
