Amazon took the money off my debit card and never applied it to the gift card I was trying to reload.I called customer service, they said the money will be applied to the account within 3-5 business days, it never did.

I purchased a gift card in order to make a purchase on Amazon. After about 30 minutes, I received an email with a button labeled “Access claim code(s)”. However, when I click on it, an error page appears. I purchased it specifically to complete a purchase that I could not fully pay for with my credit card. Therefore, I am requesting an immediate refund, or alternatively, that you allow me to recover my money so I can complete my purchase on Amazon.
