My daughter was so excited to get this. When it arrived the box was torn up and missing parts. I contacted the company asking them to send the missing items. They were quick to reply, apologized AND sent a full replacement instead of just the missing pieces. It arrived quickly too! The fix was excellent customer service.     • Great now but wrong size
Ordered this for my daughter and had to send it back as the draw length was too short. The bow itself was very nice and seemed well made. Just wish the description listed draw length for reference.

    • Broke in two months
Got this for my 11 year old beginner. She loved it and used it about 3-4 times per week for about an hour. The bow snapped while she pulled it back, causing the bungee to snap at her arm. It could not be repaired. Sadly this only lasted 2 months. I would not recommend.
