So far this has been good I've had it almost a year. Description and dimensions are as described, it came in a bunch of boxes and the instructions are easy to put it together, everything works as it should, it's pretty comfy and it's reclined position and it's about average when you're sitting up. I mainly got this because of the middle piece folding down and it's great having extra storage for when you're eating. I have this in the back of my Keystone Montana 326 and it fit perfect right along the back wall

I ordered this love seat for our game room about 3 weeks ago. So far I am very pleased with my choice. It's easy to assemble, good quality looks great and very comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the length of the foot rest. It's great for my wife at 5'2 but for me at even 5'9 it comes up short. Over all not that big of a deal. The customer support is 5 star all the way. When I received my packages " ON TIME " all the boxes were correct but somehow the warehouse had put the wrong section in box A. I immediately took a couple pictures of the duplicate sections sent contacted customer support and within a matter of 2 hours they contacted me with updates on how they were resolving the problem. Within 24 hours they had sent out the correct section and had sent it FedEx express. 3 days later I had my package sitting at my door when I got home from work. Over all I would highly recommend doing business with this company. There products are good quality and they back up there products with GREAT customer support.

Very nice for the price. Came earlier than expected, which was nice. Has all the bells and whistles. We love the fabric. Color is as expected. We were able to put it together just fine. The instructions could have been more clear but things went together and it all worked out.

The sofa arrived in multiple boxes, and I really appreciated that the seller informed me ahead of time that they might arrive at different intervals — which they did. The sofa itself is very nice, compact, and quite comfortable. However, if you’re looking for a large-sized sofa (like I was), this might not be the one for you. That said, it’s perfect for my husband, and he loves it. It’s soft yet provides enough firm support, so it doesn’t cause backaches even after sitting for long periods. For this price, the quality is hard to beat.

Ok I bought this loveseat because it had good reviews, looked comfortable and had heat/massage. I had high hopes for it. So disappointing! I usually don't pay much attention to bad reviews if something has mostly good reviews but please don't be me. This loveseat is anything but comfortable. the back cushion is very odd and uncomfortable, hitting right in the top middle of your back in an uncomfortable way and the bottom cushion near the front has hard knobs inside that dig into your legs and is super uncomfortable! I assume they are part of the massage feature I'm not sure though. The massage isn't really a massage it just vibrates you and not that great and the heat works ok but not super warm. I am very displeased with my purchase and honestly if it wasn't such a hassle to take back apart and ship back I would have returned it. Please be warned and don't be fooled it is NOT a comfortable loveseat at all and probably worse if you are a person of size at all! Be warned!

Much smaller than it looks in pictures. It is comfortable and cute but the massager is more like a vibration than a massage even after adjusting the settings it’s still very light. I do enjoy the heat setting and the led lights are nice. Overall I think for the size it and the lackluster massager it should cost less.
