I got this to wear at work (healthcare) to spare my wedding ring all the pulling on/off of gloves and hand sanitizer. It's perfect for that, it is low profile and very pretty. The only problem for me is that the band is thicker than I expected, and rubbed against the other fingers on either side to the point of discomfort. This may not be an issue for everyone, but for me it made it unwearable for more than a few hours at a time. Too bad, because I got several compliments just the one shift I wore it!

I ordered garnets, but the stones look lighter in color than the other garnets I wanted to wear with this ring. Unfortunately, they look more like rubies than garnets which, although less expensive than rubies, are my favorite colored gemstones.

I purchased this ring for my wife for our 20th anniversary. She picked it out and absolutely loved it! She was terminally ill at the time. She insisted to be buried wearing this ring and was so. The silver never tarnished and the color of the stones never faded.

I just received this ring with Amethyst stones and I love it. I've had my eye on it in the other stones as well but this is the first time that I've actually ordered it. Some of the reviews stating that it lost stones quickly had me hesitant. I can't say yet if that will be true with my ring but it is a lovely ring at the moment. I'll hate it if the stones fall out! I've gotten quite a bit of amethyst jewelry pieces through the years. The actual, true amethysts have a wide range of color from practically pink to deep, dark purple, though some are dyed. These stones are right about in the middle, which is my favorite color. They are purple enough for you to know that they are amethysts while not being so dark that they look almost black. The ring is a shiny Sterling silver and feels really solid. The band is substantial but not overpowering. The stone setting isn't so high that it catches on things, which makes it much more wearable for me. I have normal sized hands, 7-7 1/2 glove, and my ring finger is size 6 or a smidge more, depending on the weather or if I have too much salt the day before. This ring seems just a little bit larger than some of my other size 6 rings, so if you're on the in-between size like me, you might consider ordering down. It's still comfortable enough that I'm happy with my size 6. I like this ring so much that I'm considering ordering it in the other colors as well, or in a size for another finger. I'll wait to see if the stones stay put with wear but my first impression is that it's about perfect for me, especially for the super low cost that I paid. Watch, if you have time, as the price fluctuates a lot. I'll update after some time if I have more to add.
