Soapier than I thought it would be. Only tried on my stainless-steel BBQ and granite countertop. Worked great on the BBQ. On the counter it didn't remove some dried egg yolk, but I didn't let it sit on it. After I scraped that up with my finger and reapplied, the countertop looks good. Smell is okay.
