Packaging was ripped open when it was delivered at the door as shown in the pictures. One side of the package was wet with dirt on it including a box next to it. The pictures were taken after dried out. I have been pondering returning the item, but will not because the boxes are usable. Also ripped package is not the fault of the carrier, but the manufacturer. It was not sturdy enough considering the weight of the boxes. And there is no handle to hold the package safely. Although these are for your clothes to make moving easier, I like the fact that I can also put things inside the boxes that I don’t want to get crushed during our move. I have used these before when our house flooded and I had to put all our clothes in storage so when we decided to move out of state, I knew I had to order more of these boxes because they are so sturdy and so easy to pick up because of the handles. After I loaded our clothes on the metal rack, I filled in all around the clothes with my collectible Disney items. I knew they would make it to the new home unscathed and they did.
