As far as I go, I don't have heavy flows anymore. With that said, mine are generally light-medium and these worked perfectly. Not a bad price at all for what you get and for someone who can be sensitive, these did not aggravate me. The size is good and they worked well for my underwear as far as adhesion went. If you are looking for super 'luxury' cushy-type protection, I wouldn't say these should be your first stop but for an affordable option, they work great. ... show more

Pros: Arrived fast is indeed 14” Perfectly thin Sticky enough to stay in place Good on skin Great for day time wear and stomach sleepers If you have a smaller butt with a less than 14” front to end crack, then it would cover the crack all the way Cons: Is not as long nor has as much coverage as Kotex U overnight extra long thins and Always extra long overnight; could not help comparing them Does indeed make a sound you would personally notice if you listen for it, but is probably more muffled with clothes not likely to be noticed by others unless they listen closely Takes a bit to soften and shape to body compared to Kotex but feels more malleable than Always; you should definitely bend and crease all pads to help fit faster to body shape If you are heavy flow, there are no leak guards so bleeding at the very top and bottom of the pad will likely leak if overflowed; otherwise, will hold great as long as you change the recommended every six hours, which of course varies by flow Fl ounces vs bleed rate ... show more

They are ok. I got these because I needed some overnights and thought to give this brand a chance. There are better brands that do a better job, better absorption, more comfort, non-moving pads. However, those brands are way more expensive. So, am I crazy about these? No. Do I want to keep paying high prices for something disposable? No. After much thinking, I'll keep purchasing these and also the others and mix and match depending on the flow. I don't love these but I don't hate them either. They do the job and that's why I give them 5 stars. ... show more

I do like the length on these and they work well. My issue is with the wings. Every time I go to remove the pad, the adhesive sticks to my underwear and leaves part of the wings ripped off and stuck. And it doesn't come off easily. I have to wash it a few times for it to come off. Very annoying.

Amazon Basics has done it again! Sturdy pads with wings! Long in size and great adhesive to keep it in place all day! Thin so it doesn't feel noticeable and works for every flow. Only pads I will buy now due to its good quality with a low price that beats all competitors!
