I went over the pictures and reviews many times hoping that I didn't end up getting something much thinner and cheaper than I wanted. I am so pleasantly suprised that it is so much more than it seems. This blanket is like a poofy duvet or comforter but made out of super soft material like a brand new plushie toy on one side and the awesome sherpa material on the other side. It is SO soft in three different ways. I want to wrap it around me as a coat, squish it up and cuddle it like a stuffed animal, lay on it like a pillow...Oh and the two pillow shams turn your pillows into squishy soft awesomeness too!!

This comforter is so soft, fluffy and cozy! It's just like the super comfy sherpa blankets you would snuggle up with while watching a movie on the couch, but bigger, obviously. It isn't lightweight but it's also not super heavy. It's 100% kitty approved. The only thing I have found thus far that could be "negative " about the comforter is that it doesn't hang down very far over the sides of the bed. I have a king sized bed and when I make the bed up, I have to tuck the sheets under the mattress on both sides because of the comforter not hanging down far enough. But, it's a simple solution so all in all, I would definitely buy again.

I am always one to freeze at night and need a second blanket on top. Not with this blanket it keeps me nice and warm. It is extremely soft. My husband and I love it so much we bought one for our bed, one for our daughters and one for the guest bed.

I had to open my window overnight (even when it was 28 degrees outside) because the blanket was making me sweat a lot! I stayed warm throughout the whole night. Solid blanket but it is thinnish. My cat loves making biscuits on top and so far the blanket has held up with 2 minor loose threads in 3 months.

Nice bed cover, but I was expecting something a thicker and warmer for use during winter. This is too thin, and is better suited as a sofa throw, or light spring/fall blanket. Still, very soft and I will use it in the spring/fall.

I bought this for my son’s bed, and it is a very nice comforter set. It is extremely warm! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the pillow shams are not a good quality. The comforter is nice and has held up well so far, but the pillow shams are falling apart.
