I may not be able to state this, but I use them for urinary incontinence. I have been using them over a year and find them the most comfortable and cost-effective I have tried. I am 86 years old but do not (at least for now) need an adult diaper. Frequently, I exchange a pad at the end of the day dry. But sometimes I have a fair amount of leakage before making it to a bathroom. I always change as soon as convenient. These are super nice and ten cents each.
