Bought these for use during church and bible study. I liked that they are a neutral color and have the vertically divided page. This is nice for organizing notes. The bulk buy option was perfect for us as we have a large family and are using these for multiple subjects. Unfortunately, I don't like the quality of the paper. It seems a bit thin, as does the cover. I have been pleasantly surprised by most of the Amazon Essential products I've purchased so this was disappointing. I've been using one notebook for about two months (twice on Sunday and once on Wednesday) and the cover already looks ragged on the edges with creases. I am concerned that it won't stay intact until I fill the notebook. My kids are using them to keep notes for school, so I'll update this when we see how they hold up for them.

I take a lot of notes at work. Mainly to keep me from blurting out things about how stupid he meeting is or how obnoxious a coworker might be. These help me write an control my impulses and also help make me look like I’m paying attention. I like the steno books because I like having the spiral at the top and also like being able to maximize each page. I have dozens of these and the ones from Amazon last well have the preferred line slacking an have durable pages.

I love having legal notebooks to keep notes for tasks in the office, quality made. This 10 pack well utilized and I will order it again.

I rather like these notepads for what they are. At the time of this comment (2023-04-10), they are a good price compared to many other listings. They are made in the U.S. by TOPS -- identified in small print on the packaging. They have a very nice shade of green, and my experience with the finish has been one of fairly smooth writing. I can see some shadowing from the reverse side when writing in ink, but I haven't experienced any actual bleed-throughs, during the first few pages written (ball point and gel ink pens). However, they are NOT PERFORATED below the spiral binding, despite the product description in the "From the manufacturer" section (i.e. the promotional description) of the product's page. I scanned a few of the comments and found one other commenter saying the same thing back in 2019. It is for this reason that I've reduced my rating to three stars. Really, it would be only a one star difference for me, given my use, if that. However, I don't like being misled, even if unintentionally, and in this case it's even a bit more irritating in that this is AMAZON'S OWN PRODUCT (Amazon Basics branding). I called Amazon and described this to their representative. I did NOT perform a return. I otherwise like this product and am keeping it. I'll probably order some more -- as long as the other features / quality maintain their current levels. Hopefully, my feedback will actually get through to someone at Amazon who can do something about this and is motivated to actually due so. TOPS manufactures tinted steno pads that DO have a perforation below the spiral binding. Either Amazon and TOPS should reconcile their understanding of this product's specification to include the perforation (in my mind, the preferable option), or Amazon should remove the part of the product description that describes these pads as "and the perforated line makes it easy to neatly detach pages."

For work Ive found it very useful to use these types of notebooks to keep track of things I need to do in a day or week. I have also used it at home for the same purpose or for grocery lists. They work great for those uses.
