These pads worked well for me. My period is not usually too heavy after the first few days though. Personally, I appreciate the cotton texture, as it is absorbent and breathable. That being said, I have had a few leaks while using these pads. They hold up well during the day, but they bunch up quite bit at night while sleeping. I found I experience the most leaks first thing in the morning after they get bunched up. Other than that, I was confident while using these pads while out and about. Bonus: They last me about 2.5 months.

I am 52 years old and I have tried numerous pads from different brands and I have never used a more reliable brand in my life!! I went through surgical menopause in 2015, so I thought I was done with these until I got sick and coughing and started leaking large amounts. It was very frustrating. At first I thought they were not big enough for me however these things have glue on them that hold them securely in place!!!! They are super absorbing and made me feel confident to run to town and not worry about soaking my clothes or the vehicle everytime I coughed. I didn’t want to run out so I went to Walmart and brought the stayfee brand and let me tell you, there is no comparison. The stayfee is so much cheaper made and just crappy material that does not hold up to this Amazon Maxi! Whoever created these is a true woman that know what women need in a maxi! Thank you!!!

Great to have especially in bulk on those days where you prefer pads over tampons. Works fine for different types of flow. My only complaint is that these bunch together when in use. So leakage does happen which is disappointing. Luckily only use these at home and not while I’m out. So for at home standard they are fine especially when I change often. But if you were to wear this out, expect leakage especially if on your heavy days as it bunches into the middle leaving the sides vulnerable to stains/leaking. I’m assuming it’s due to the adhesive which isn’t great. Doesn’t stick well onto any of the different types of fabric undergarment I had.

I bought this and the Stayfree version it says it is like. Well, this one is a little thinner and a little more comfortable than the Stayfree, like this one better. I use if for light urinary dribble and coverage is good and does not let me down
