They are file folders. They are cheap for many. They hold paper. It makes organizing the office area much easier than trying to only use the hanging folders. And my cat likes holding them in place for me while I fill the "Cold Case" box with papers for the tax lady.

The folders themselves are fine, although the texture is rougher than similar basic folders from Staples or Pendaflex. Be aware that the folders arrive just in an Amazon corrugated box – there is no lighter internal box.

They are exactly what you expect: sturdy enough to hold a good stack of papers, easy to label, and they fit perfectly in my standard filing cabinet. They don't feel "cheap" or flimsy—they have that classic, durable cardstock feel that stands up to being pulled in and out of drawers.
