    • Comprehensive set that works great, but isn't very durable
First off, this is not going to last you a lifetime. For this price, it definitely won't. However, it was really nice variety that came with the set. We just moved into a home and this was the perfect set. I got it for some additional drill pieces and ended up needing a lot more than what I originally ordered it for. Some of the pieces are starting to wear down, especially the smaller drill bits, but it did it's job. Carrying case as other reviewers mentioned isn't the greatest. If you have the case just sitting there like I do, it works great. If you are lugging it from site to site, it'll definitely jog some pieces loose. Overall, it wasn't a dealbreaker for me and for the value and variety this provided, it was well worth the price. Would recommend and buy again, but keep in mind what you are getting. You do get what you pay for ... show more

    • Good bits, bad case.
The bits are all great. Can't beat the value for money, of course. 100 bits, $30, 33c per bit. Only real problem is the case. The standard drill bits, visible through the cover, are liable to fall out of their slots and tumble around inside the case. There's a disposable bit of plastic inside the case, which I assume is meant to keep the bits in place during shipping, and then be thrown away. But if that thin plastic is removed, the bits will wall out of their slots unless the case is kept upright. The case should have been designed to keep those bits in place. Good product for the price. Cheap packaging - the bits fall out if the plastic filler is removed. But the bits are fine, similar to other products.

    • Metric, decent assortment, bad case
Like others, I didn't catch that this was strictly a metric set until I went for a quarter inch drill bit. So far, it's been able to do all the stuff I've set out to do... Just hope and pray you don't knock the open case over, which of course I did. Nothing in the case stays secure. Either the part is too big to fit, or the opening is too loose to secure. As long as you only open/close the drill bits side, you should be ok, just sort of a hassle. I've seen name brand kits cheaper since I bought this, I'd probably go with one of those. ... show more
