Features 6
- Double-sided adhesive tape with removable cap applicator (single-pack)
- Includes 1/4 inch by 32 feet of double-sided adhesive tape; clear; dotted pattern
- Provides a repositionable bond that sets permanently; a great alternative to messy glue
- Bonds to paper; safe for use on paper, photos, cardstock, etc
- It takes time for the tape to stick enough on the paper such as liquid tape and stick glue. Drying time for this tape is less than the one for liquid tape and glue stick but needs at least a few minutes after sticking
- Do not use to the materials which easily peel fibers off such as Washi paper, Tissue, Cotton etc because the tape sticks those materials and roll fibers back into the applicator

Great stuff, but its not tape
Size: 1
Its more like a glue, doesn't have a plastic backing. Works fine as a double-sticky "tape" but it lays down goo that isn't really tape.

Works Well, Easy to Apply
Size: 1
I had never heard of this type of adhesive before, and I bought it because it was recommended for a specific project. Well, it turned out that I didn't need it for that project (the part that I bought already had adhesive applied), so I tried it out on something else. It seems to be easy to apply and the adhesion was good on a piece of paper. One problem that I had was, having never used this before, I wasn't sure which way to hold the applicator, i.e., which way was "up." I finally figured it out, though. (Seemingly counter-intuitive, when you flip the cap open, it should be "down," which you might think would interfere with application of the adhesive. I will be using this for more projects and I plan to look for a similar product that is acid free.

Works well, but pricey for the amount of adhesive dispensed...
Size: 1
This product works well. The only drawback besides it being rather expensive is the cap which fits over the dispensing end. The cap falls off easily, and I have to store the unit in the box in which it came to prevent the cap from falling off.

Easy-to-use.
Size: 1
I gave these a four star rating because in my application it would not stay stuck together despite me sitting on it to give it a chance to cure. No doubt it is a good solution for most other applications that don't tend open once the 2 parts are stuck together. Other than this, it's easy to use and a great value for the money. My only real criticism is these are not refillable.

ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.
Size: 1
First, it comes with no instructions whatsoever. Why would you need instructions? For starters, how does one get the tape out of the dispenser? (I finally had to take a mini screwdriver and manually dig it out.) Secondly, most of the adhesive sticks to your fingers, and not to much of anything else. (Eventually I had to use rubbing alcohol to get the glue off my fingers.) Lastly (and most importantly), it is not double-sided as advertised. One side of the tape was sticky, and the other side was clear and smooth and not sticky at all. I expect Amazon Basics to be mostly generic and not top-of-the-line, but this particular products is more bottom-of-the-barrel. I am frankly surprised that Amazon even lent its name to this inferior product. It is in the trash, and I will not purchase it again.

Initially intimidating, but worked great and met my needs 100%
Size: 1
My requirement was to gracefully and neatly attach multiple pages of bond paper to hang (using magnetic hangers) on my wall above my work area. I also needed to be able to reposition the pages if needed. At first this device was a little confusing to use in practice -- is product solid? gel? how to cut it? which side does it come out of? Turns out it is a semi-solid tape that (oddly) comes out from the same side as the cap. It lays down smoothly and neatly and once you lift it, it breaks off. It's nearly invisible, but it's good stuff. Once I used it on my actual pages, it all worked 100% beautifully and they are now handing on my wall -- a beautiful union of 4 pages, strung together seamlessly. I literally cannot see where the pages join and there are no wrinkles or flared edges.

Wasn't what I expected, but worked really well
Size: 1
I expected this to be just like normal double sided tape (like scotch), but thin. It is actually a sticky gel/film type product so that it is easy to roll on and "cut" between applications. It worked really well for us. You just open the flap and then roll that side of the dispenser on your paper. It puts a sticky film on the paper and then just stops when you lift up. We sort of lightly stuck the paper where we wanted and re-positioned if necessary. Then when we were satisfied, we would press hard all along the glued area and it was really solid. Worked for us!
