  • Too short to hang 2 levels
Color: Chrome Style: Double Rod
Great idea, but just falls short of being useful. I assembled it for maximum space between the top and bottom rods, but the drop of the rods wastes 4” on each level. My shortest shirts still puddle on the shelf/floor and the rod below it.

  • If you put this together by yourself, do it my way.
Color: Chrome Style: Single Rod
If you're putting this together by yourself, do it my way. I'm a senior lady and I put it together by myself, but not their way. As Frank would say, I did my way. Basically you have 4 poles and two shelves. The shelves slide onto the poles. There are plastic sleeves that hold the shelves in place. The poles come in two pieces that you thread together making 4 long poles. The top of the pole is capped, the bottom of the pole has an opening where you screw on the wheels. This is where we start doing it my way. I did this working on the floor. Slide the shelves onto the poles, about a foot from each end. By doing this the shelves will support these long poles so they are not flopping around. This also makes it easier to see where you want the shelves to be. Now you put the sleeves on. Remember they will go under the shelves. The sleeves are marked "Top". This is because the sleeves are wider on the bottom and that's what keeps the shelves in place. Put the sleeves where the you want the bottom shelf to be and slide the bottom shelf down over the sleeves. Slide the top shelf to where you want it to be, then put the sleeves on UNDER the top shelf. Then slide the top shelf down over the sleeves. Screw the casters into the bottom pole. Stand the garment rack up. Put the hanging rod together and slide it down over the top shelf. You're done. Forget the wrench, it's nothing more than a piece of metal cut in the shape of a wrench. I used my hands and fingers. It's been several weeks now and I'm updating this to Five Stars. I keep it in my bedroom as an extra closet. It's loaded with clothes, it never wobbles. There are times when I have to move it around and it rolls easily. After I had this assembled, I decided I wanted to raise the top shelf. I took everything out. Lifted the hanging rod off. Keeping the garment rack in a standing position, I pounded up on the bottom of the top shelf to loosen it from the sleeves. I then moved the sleeves up then lowered the shelf back down. Was easy to do. Another update from Senior Lady. For those of you who use this in your bedroom as a closet and want to cover it, here's an easy way to do it. Use shower curtains. They are the perfect length and already have holes around the top. You can use regular shower hooks or just string something through the holes and tie them on. Drape something over the top, table cloth, lace curtain, whatever you choose. If the top piece slides, lay something on it to weigh it down. You will have something that looks nice and keeps your clothes dust free. ... show more

  • Don’t build this with your wife or significant other!
Color: Chrome Style: Single Rod
If you are thinking of building this with your wife or significant other... DONT! She might mix up the top and bottom rack and then the clips won’t fit and she will start banging on it with a hammer like an ape in 2001 A Space Oddysey and then you will ask if you can try and then the silent treatment will start. I repeat, putting this together with your significant other might result is divorce or a break up. Thank you for attending my TED talk. ... show more

  • IMPORTANT TIP @ ASSEMBLY
Color: Chrome Style: Double Rod
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ASSEMBLY! The instructions tell you to put the wheels on before you put the Shelves on. Don't do it. Even trying to get the shelf flush with the rubber marker with a hammer and it still doesn’t work. So I took the wheels back off and then I could take a hammer and beat it down until the black rubber thing disappears into the shelf, or make it flush. Also, you don’t need a wrench, which is good because they didn’t send me one. Just hold the top part of the wheel tightly and screw the pole into it. Great resource for my house but ridiculous instructions for Assembly. It's a very good price for the quality. I would certainly by another one. Very sturdy once assembled. Last note. You can arrange shelves and hanger bars any way you want. You are not limited to do it as shown in the illustration. ... show more

  • Very Sturdy and Easy to Assemble, Holds A Lot of Weight.
Color: Chrome Style: Single Rod
So, at first I tried to put the shelf on the wrong direction. So that took my an extra minute, but as long as the shelf slides over the side that says "top" on the little black things, you're good. Once I figured out what I had done wrong it went super smoothly and was build within 10 minutes. As you can see in the photo, it hold weight well. It has my entire dress collection on it as well as some big shoes on top and is holding very well. Those dresses have a good bit of weight too, to it's really a good quality item. I'm happy with the purchase. ... show more

  • Sturdy and a great value!
Color: Black Style: Double Rod
After having the last clothes rack break on me, I was looking for something sturdier that wouldn't be too expensive. This clothes rack fit the bill. It was very easy to assemble and holds a lot of clothes. I love how it is on wheels so I can move it around when needed like for vacuuming my closet. Very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it for anyone looking to organize their clothes. I use the top to store extra decorative pillows and it's perfect. ... show more

  • Ok, but not as good
Color: Chrome Style: Double Rod
I originally bought a Whitmor Supreme Double Rod Garment Rack Rolling Clothes Organizer which I loved, but bought this second one since the price increased on the other one. This one is slightly smaller and will not hold adult shirts on both hanging rods without touching the rod or bottom. For kids cloths it would be great. I dont think it is as sturdy as the Whitmor and it doesn't come with the swinging valet for longer items. It is still better than the thin pole one I an replacing. So if this is for an adult, spend the extra money for the larger, sturdier Whitmor. If you are using just one hanging rod or using it for kids and not over stuffing, then go with this one. ... show more

  • Make a closet in a closet!
Color: Black Style: Double Rod
I am feeling every piece of this garment rack. My apartment only has one built in shelf/rod so I needed more real closet space. It doesn't feel flimsy and my nephew put it together in less than an hour.
