It's a good gaming monitor. It came missing the screen protector and there was tape directly on the screen instead. I was able to peel it off safely but it left some residue. There were no dead pixels or anything defective which is actually really rare for me. My only big complaint is there is quite a bit of glare compared to other monitors and harder to see when the room isn't pitch dark. Otherwise it performs as expected. I would still recommend it for the price but some people might prefer to pay more for something without the glare. ... show more

I bought two of these and am running them off my Radeon 9060xt. Very happy with them use them mostly for non gaming purposes but they are easy on the eyes and came with sturdy stands and HDMI cords

I had no idea that Amazon Basics had high refresh rate monitors and I must say I am blown away at the quality. All of these features: 1080p, IPS panel, 165hz refresh rate, 1ms response... The color, refresh rate, stand, and overall quality of the monitor is decent. It can sit vertically, which was a necessity for me as I didn't want to go spend another $30-$50 on a dual monitor stand, and this monitor seems to be the cheapest with all it's included specs as well as adjustable stand. However, if you have sensitive hearing, I would consider something else. When this monitor is set to anything above 100hz, you'll begin to hear coil-whine/buzzing coming from the monitor, and it will increase in loudness as you get closer to 165hz. I am highly considering returning this and just biting the bullet on purchasing a dual monitor stand, as this monitor is surprisingly loud when sitting at my desk. ... show more
