Amano is a fabulous company to deal with. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever seen. You get a real person when you call, and the customer service people are so easy to work with. They helped me with all the questions I had and made sure that everything was perfect before we got off the phone. I love this product! It would be great if everything was made this way, made in USA, simple and easy to set-up. uses the same ink cartridge as the previous model! (imagine if MFC's were like this, how much less waste would there be?).

We purchased this unit in Dec 2022. We have used similar Amano products over the years for our employees who operate work trucks remotely. We had a need to have the unit repaired and it was under warranty. Amano customer service was very supportive and provided a solution to even customize our time card printing.
