These flat pedals are great! But they do add weight to your carbon bike. I bought these because I haven't riden in a while and I need to get use to riding my carbon bike again. I figure I would try these pedals to help with my training on this bike. Great value.

You can't beat the price. You're getting lightweight aluminum pedals for half the price of Walmart plastic ones. Hit or miss when it comes to the bearings. First pair I've ordered had bearing click after a week of heavy use. Replacement was sent asap so no problem.

Sturdy little things that's for sure, I just wish I had a little more info when I was checking these out about the "spikes". I needed a little more grip on the pedals but these will do for now. But at least if my foot slips off the pedal I won't need stitches, the spikes are not sharp.
