I particularly like this color combo Blue/Yellow which is hard to find at even top end retailers for running shoes. I found these shoes to be excellent on my initial test. No break in needed. I really do feel my entire foot being used during the run from landing to toe off compared to other shoe brands. The only similar shoe brand to altras in low drop and feel would be newton promoting the forefoot landing pad.

Just a week in, but I think this is a great shoe from Altra. Neutral--no intrusive support or control. Very cush without being too smushy. Breathable and well-fitting uppers. Laces should be a couple inches longer, but otherwise very excellent.
