This WaterKids boogie board is very nice. We go to the beach quite often with the grandkids and the whole family goes on vacation every year to the beach. Maine beaches have some nice waves so almost all of us have a boogie board. We did lose a board this year and thought this board would be a good replacement. The black and blue colors are bright and the palm tree tropical graphics is very cool. This 36" board is a good size for both kids and for adults and is a very good quality. It is step above some of the boards we already have. We do have a few boards of similar in quality and they have held up well. This board is lightweight and comes with a wrist leash, which is great. I also like the fact that Waterkids is an American owned business. Overall I am very pleased with this board and we look forward to trying it out this weekend at the beach.

I picked out this bodyboard primarily for pool use and lap workouts. It's perfectly suited for that. I can also see this being a perfect item for kids to use at the beach. It has a nice foam construction with a laminated HDPE bottom; that provides a nice glide surface in the water. There are some contoured "rail" features at the bottom rear that I've added in the photos that help with tracking. Otherwise, there's not much curvature; so the board is pretty flat (see side profile). The leash a nice addition; although I would consider this a very light duty and wouldn't trust this in any sizeable surf. You can easily swap this out for something more robust if needed. For a day at the beach with the kids, this gets the job done quite nicely.

This bodyboard was what we needed when we went to the beach. It is the perfect size for kids. These bodyboards are light and very easy to carry. My kids had no issue carrying their own. They were able to lay on it comfortably, without it being too short or too long. The bodyboard material was durable. It held up to the strong waves and continuous use of two very active boards. I removed a star because the leash seems to not be as sturdy as others I've seen. I think you'd have to be careful with a lot of yanking and pulling so not to break the leash.

This is a nice stylish bodyboard. We took this out to Lake Michigan, where the waves pretty small, so the kids didn't use it much to actually ride any waves. It did hold his body up and he seemed to be able to control it fairly well. My son actually used it as a bat to hit a ball out to his friend for a while, so at least they used it a little bit! I tried to use this, but I need more like a 43" board and this one is much smaller for a kid. I still want to see how this works in some nicer waves, but overall this seems to be a nice board for a younger kid (maybe 13 and under?).

Our daughters fell in love with the beach and boogie boarding on a recent trip to Hawaii. So when we returned home, we ordered each girl their own board. We chose this one for our 8-year old daughter as the size was a little bit smaller to fit her size better. Also, we loved the palm tree print as it reminded us of Hawaii. It comes with a wrist strap that you have to loop through and attach to the board. We haven't taken it out to the beach yet but it looks very cool and it seems sturdy. My daughter is very excited to use it and have her very own board.

This is a Morey-equivalent high performance body board for kids. It's about 25% smaller than the standard Morey board is which is perfect for my 6 and 9 year olds. It's small enough that they can carry it back and forth from the car which gets two thumbs up from dad. The construction is very typical of a high performance body board with an hdpe slick bottom and foam top. Leash is of decent quality. The bottom graphics give it just enough pizzaz. I expect this to last for many more seasons than the fabric covered junk that's sold in most beach stores. I also expect they'll be able maneuver it a lot better with the slick and contoured bottom. Overall very pleased.

My son and I took this out yesterday. There weren't very big waves, it was pretty normal or calm even. We were still able to ride a few crested waves for a bit! I can't wait for bigger waves! The board feels very nice and solid for how light it is. There's no flex to it that I can tell. The bottom is nice and smooth. The leash is nice and secure feeling. Not sure what else you'd want in a boogie board!

First off this board is really cute and pretty well made. it's more sturdy than the ones that vendors walk down the beach and try to sell you that will break it half the first time you use it. The construction is pretty decent and the only thing I worry about is that the foam is a little rigid and eventually it might snap in half or with a larger rider. Overall a decent value for the money
